Hi, I don’t want to panic but wondered if after all the drugs ect people get pain in their stomach. We didn’t get to transfer...
And I stopped taking any meds 3 weeks ago. Got a period a week after I stopped. But since then I’ve been getting waves of pains like a period is coming but it doesn’t and feeling quite sick aswel. Again in waves. The stomach pain is always there but gets worse in waves...
I’ve tried to see the clinic but they always seem to be too busy to speak to me and keep saying they will book an app. And meant to be seeing the doc there this week but it’s wed now and still no app. They said they will try to find one.
Same with gp. But should I be worried or is this normal after all the millions of meds I was flushing my body with.
We got egg collection so I had that about 3 weeks ago now...
Thanks in advance...

Hi Charlieme. So sorry to hear that you didn't get to transfer this time. Your pains etc could be due to your ovaries still being a bit active and need time to settle down. make sure you drink plenty of water, and keep an eye on your urine out put - lots and pale in colour. You can take some paracetamol if you need, but if it co ntinues, then speak to your GP. Hope all is soon OK again. Diane
Pains got worse. Rolling around mooing all night. Same type but way worse... booked for scan tomorrow with clinic. Gp calling today. How important is timing
So I’ve been to be examined by gp. Then had a scan at the clinic we used. Ovaries are right size, no cysts. A new follicle growing and no fluid in the abdomen.Stil this pain though.
They think maybe a pelvic infection, has anyone had this? Can they advise....?
As next step is A and E and I don’t fancy that without some idea.
Also been checked for uti and clear and bowels all fine too...
Something to do with guane stuff just don’t know what or where.
Waiting for gp to ring and try antibiotics and see if I’m being shipped off for more tests at A and E.....
