Implantation Bleeding or Period??

This is my first month trying after coming off the pill so I’m not 100% sure the dates of ovulation are correct ECT. Acccording to the app I am 15 DPO and 2 days late (if this is not a period).

I’m experiencing a mix of bright light red/pink spotting with specs of brown which I’ve never experienced with a period before. This has been on and off throughout the day and only light.

I do however have cramps which relate to what I would experience with my AF.

I have a bad lower back ache which is not like me.

I am aware that this could be the start of my AF but wondering other people’s experiences.
