I got a hysteroscopy done in Oct'20 (Uterine lining issues for FET) and was on hormones for a while after that. As a result i have not got periods for 6 months. It is stressing me out as getting my periods back has become my primary problem now and conceiving has taken a back seat.
My doc suggested to get off all medicines and let the hormones flush out. For a period of 3 months only balanced diet & exercises were recommended.
Anyone experienced this situation who can help on what should be done ?

I have irregular cycles and so was put back on the pill before my IVF cycle to bring back a period. Before my FET, they prescribed me norethisterone which also brought on a period. There are medicated ways to bring on a period. The ‘natural’ way I found to help was to take agnus castus. This made my cycle about 45 day long, instead of the 2 or 3 periods a year I used to have. Hope this helps.
