I’ve recently had my first medicated FET which failed. I normally have 28 day cycles, but I just wondered how long it takes for your next period to happen?
I had the withdrawal bleed from my meds once I stopped but no period as of yet! Just patiently waiting... 😂
Did it mess with your cycle at all?
Thanks
Xx

yes my cycles have been totally messed up since. The one after the withdrawal bleed for me was 30 days, and I know average anything between 28-30 days.
I had a cancelled FET last year and that was 39 days!
Oh no! I just wanted mine to come straight back haha as I’m having another FET when it arrives. I guess I’ll just have to be patient. I literally feel like nothing is happening down there 😂 no hormones, no usual ovulation pains etc just derelict haha x
I know! Periods seems to be like that - either you get them when you really dont want them and you pray that you are pregnant and wont bleed. Or when you really do want them to come so you can try again sometimes they take ages to make an appearance!!
With my first unsuccessful FET, I had my withdrawal bleed a day after I stopped meds and then my first full cycle arrived CD40!!! I started meds for FET #2 on CD1. With my failed fresh transfer, my period arrived on CD35. My cycles are usually around 30-32 days xxx
It may turn up sooner but I’d anticipate it being about a week or so late.. when you know it’s going to be late, it takes some pressure of it arriving! I had a scan in between and my consultant could tell me I was about a week behind my usual timeline which helped ease my mind xxx
Hi! So sorry for your failed FET. Mine came on CD53 approx! Sometimes it takes longer than normal, but it is fine, I talked to my doctor and he said to just wait. Good luck!
