'T' Shaped uterus & ivf

Hi ladies, hopefully this will make sense. I'm looking for some help & advice

Started with a new clinic last year for ivf, I had a scan carried out last week and upon investigation it was found i have a T shaped uterus (never found or mentioned before) We are due to start ivf next month doing 3 cycle natural modified with 3 fresh transfers or we can do natural modified with 3 collections & 1 x transfer at the end of 3 cycles.

I'm at a loss of what to do after 8-years of ttc & no bfp, 2 cycles of ivf, 5 iui's & clomid. Do we try with the 3-cycles or give up and move on to adoption/fostering

What would you do xxxx
