how many days after implantation bleeding can u test ?

i had a morula stage transfer last jan 16 and had a cramping and implantation bleeding yesterday jan 18 day 3 from transfer.. im sure it was implantation bleeding it was pink and brownish with discharge. i know its not a period since its too early to have that as i am taking estrogen and progesterone.. i tested today but bfn. anyone had the same experience?? my cramping and bleeding was gone already ..

Hi lovely, Its definitely too early to get an accurate outcome from your test. Usually clinics say that day 10 after transfer is when your bloods should be positive, so day 3 is very unlikely! Keep calm and just know that you've done all you can right now. Good luck x
