This morning I had the worst cramps I've had so far since my transfer and then when I went to the toilet there was orangey/brown blood on the tissue. I've put a pad in and nothing is going onto the pad just when I wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding or am I just getting my hopes up? We're 7 days post transfer and test day isn't until Thursday. The cramps have now since stopped and I'm waiting to hear back from the clinic after calling them but was hoping others can share their experience.
I have a photo if anyone is interested.

Hi Pholover. Little embryo is far too tiny to cause a bleed. It nauge from pessary use irritating your cervix. You could switch to using you back passage for a break as you have pain, it could even be the start of a urine infection, so drink plenty of water and keep an eye on output and nice pale colour. Good luck Diane
Thanks guys that's reassuring to hear! When I spoke to my clinic earlier they hinted at the fact it could be implantation bleeding but obviously they don't want to be giving out false hope as obviously we won't know anything for definite until test day.
Hello, I had the same pains though am 13 days pass the transfer I tested positive yesterday…had severe cramps on day 7 accompanied with Virginia bleeding I was so scared cried and prayed only to discover is from the pessary. It’s not a small journey cause as of today I’m still having Virginia spotting and the nurses said is normal. I wish you the best in this journey and I wish you a positive outcome
Same thing happened to me on 7dp5dt FET, I tested positive the next day and on day 12. But in my case I don't know if it was implantation bleeding, because now I am technically in week 5 and still having the brown spotting and cramps. Clinic told me it can happen, take more progesterone and wait until the scan. If I start bleeding loads go to closest EPAU near me. So can't tell you whether it's good or bad but you can probably start using a FRER test and it might show something.
Thanks for replying this is really helpful to hear. I've had some more bleeding today and got quite upset but trying to tell myself that whatever happens happens and there's nothing I can do to change it. I'm trying my hardest not to test until our official test day but my resolve is definitely deminishing!
