Did I really miscarry?

Hello, I just wanted to ask, I don’t know if I really did miscarriage or what. I have a missed period and my nipples are sore, I do have also the other signs, I wanted to ask, because I bleed, while I was bleeding for about 3 days, for the first day the tenderness of my breast are gone but I can still feel the other symptoms even after I bleed, did I really miscarry? Hope someone will answer this,

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If you test over a few days and compare the darkness of the lines they should get darker if you have an ongoing pregnancy and get lighter if you have had a miscarriage. xxx

I’ve taken before the bleeding and after the bleeding and both results are negative

Modern pregnancy tests are very accurate so if both tests were negative it is unlikely you were pregnant and have had a miscarriage.

Could the bleed have been your period just later than usual? Hope you are feeling better. xxx

My period is normal, have any contraceptive pills have a effect of my period? I’ve been drinking it lately. I am just worried because I have signs before but after I drink alcohol because someone of my family have a wedding anniversary so I set aside the signs also for the reason that I got a negative result of my first PT, after that the tenderness of my breast are gone and bleed, I am worried. I am still experiencing some signs after my bleeding. What really happened?
