Terrible back pain

Hi all, had fourth embryo transfer (third frozen) last Friday. Still on the pessaries and Progynova. Yesterday I bent over for something and felt like I’d pulled something in my lower back. I’m now laid up hardly able to walk/get up and have pai towards the front and slightly down my legs but mainly in my back. Quite miserable as I’m usually out and about and reasonably active. Anyone experienced this and could it be loosening of ligaments from the meds/anything else ?! X

i did it and it was a slipped disc. you need to get checked out.
