Has anyone ever had both negative urine and blood test but was actually pregnant? I had two embryos transferred, my tests came back negative but I haven’t been myself since. I had stop the medication as per the clinic’s instruction but I still have sharp pains and cramps and it’s the 7th day now since I stopped the medication. What could that mean?

Hi hun. Sorry for your negative result following your treatment. I've never had a negative result that turned out to be positive unfortunately. The medications can make your body do things it wouldn't normally and take a while for your hormones to sort themselves out, so the cramps might be a result of that. If your worried though and it carries on, It might be worth mentioning it to your clinic or GP just to be on the safe side. Take care my lovely 💕xX
Hi Ontatile,After my first (negative) cycle I did feel different : I had some pain and cramps on the right side, and my period become slightly longer. I did mention to my doctors, but they didn't think much about it, they said "it's probably just the medications, just wait and it'll go away"
But actually it didn't. During the egg collection of my my third cycle at another clinic, they drained what it looked more of a cyst rather than a follicle (it was way larger, and empty).
After that, my period came back as it was before my first cycle, and the pain was fine.
So it may be a cyst. Usually cysts resolve spontaneously after one or two cycles, but if they don't then ideally they should be monitored. My first clinic didn't investigate at all, I'm glad we changed clinic.
