Period whilst on Buserelin

Hi ladies, we have started our first cycle and am down regging with Buserelin. Day 10 of injections and my period has started. It is one of the most painful periods I've ever had, is this normal?

My period while on the Buserelin felt pretty normal, although it came 2 days later than usual. Has it been significantly delayed, which might mean there's more blood trying to get out?? Just a theory! I definitely think you should call your clinic and check with them. Hope you feel better soon x
