For those who took Ovitrelle as a trigger, how much dis you take?

So I’m doing mine this evening and it’s 250

I am taking my trigger this evening and its meant to be 2 pens

I’ve used this as a single trigger (one pen) and then on a later cycle a double trigger (two pens). Definitely made a difference to egg quality having the double trigger, gives them an extra boost at the end!x

Also just wondering, were you asked to have sex on the day of ovitrelle trigger and the day afterwards eventhough it is for egg collection? I have been instructed to have sex on the day and day after but dont understand why

Whilst most clinics say to abstain for 2-5 days before (but no longer than 5) my clinic advocated sex on day of trigger to help minimise sperm DNA fragmentation so we would generally do about 5/6 days before and then night of trigger

I always had a double trigger shot so 500

My clinic was happy for us to have unprotected sex as we were comfortable with the risk of twins even when doing non medicated FETs (didn’t want to waste the potential of a “good egg” 🤣 as our chances of conception were very low anyway)
