WARNING SENSITIVE* Faint line 3dp5dt Has to be the ovitrelle doesn't it?

Okay so i knew it was to early to test but as well as having 250 ovitrelle for trigger before egg collection i also had "8 clicks" of the pen as "implantation support" on same day as transfer (sat). I plan to test early and as i know ovitrelle says it can give a false positive i wanted a test now for comparison so that if i got a good positive result i could enjoy and not doubt it being the meds.

Well...this pic aint great but there is a very very faint line. Of course now i'm doing what i shouldnt and promised myself i wouldnt and allowing myself to wonder if its not the ovitrelle and the beginnings of a bfp. Oh no...shouldn't have gone there.

A trigger normally lasts about 10 days. If implantation occurs hcg isn’t secreted until about 6dp so I do doubt this to be a true positive at this stage. That’s not to say it won’t become one... Good luck xx

Thanks for that probably what i need to hear to bring me back to reality Tugsgirl.x I shouldn't have told my poor husbands as prob got his hopes up. I'll be so annoyed at myself if it doesn't work and i've made it harder for him.

I don’t know about ovitrelle. I guess you can only just keep on testing - I can definitely see the second line - so if it gets stronger you’ll know it’s a BFP and if it disappears you’ll know that it’s out of your system, good luck xxx

Thanks Scarlett13 yeah probably signed myself up to daily testing torture until i find out one way or other. Just had to poke the bear...i was so calm too up until i tested lol. I've read enough on here over last few months to mean i really should have known better. Thanks for reply and good luck to you.x

It’s so difficult isn’t it. I tested at 4dp5dt and had a BFP. Thankfully they got darker and all was ok but it was awful for the first few days not knowing whether it was the trigger. I’ve read that Ovitrelle 250 has less hcg in than some other injections so I’d probably take another test tomorrow or in a couple of days and if it’s darker then you know it’s positive. Good luck xx

Thanks so much for your message Snez84 unfortunately must have been the meds as tested first thing this morn with FMU and line is fainter and barely visible. Still time i guess but i really haven't done my mental state any favours.
