First FET transfer what to expect?

Hi guys,

Had second scan today and Dr. Said I'm ready for transfer on day 19 (Wednesday). I thought transfer would be on 19th but that can't be right.

Receptionist advised they will ring me on Tuesday to confirm when my appointment is. This is my first Fet transfer so I'm not quite sure what to expect.

Is that right they can't book you in until 1 day before your transfer day?

Hi Goyjung,

My clinic does the same - they give you the date your transfer will be but don’t confirm the exact time until the day before. Not sure why but I vaguely remember something about the embryos being thawed and regraded!

At mine they want you to have a full bladder but double check if they haven’t said this as some don’t. Loads of luck! Xx

Thanks for your replied. So does it definitely will be next Wednesday then. Just thinking about booking time off work as I can't just ask time off one day before.

Yep that sounds right. I am also having an FET on Wednesday 🙂

Hi to be honest I don't know what natural FET is sorry. My process was taking progynova 6 tablets a day. I think I was on 3 tablets a day on my last cycle which was cancelled due to thin lining.I took all advises from the girls drinking raspberry leaf tea, pomegranate juice, vitamin E and exercise (cycling at home). Not sure if these helps but my line was 8.4 mm yesterday. Hope my informations answer your question good luck xx
