we had a MMC in April 2020 since then we have tracked ovulation using OTK. This showed peak ovulation 12 Dec 2020 week before period due I had left hand pelvic pain which I thought maybe impending period or implantation, then after tww took pregnancy test which was a BFN.

Tested a week later still showed negative.Went to doctors who did bloods. My results said I was going through menopause still no period. .As I’m over 40 this isn’t a total surprise but but was wondering what my options are and If any one else experience this.

Hi,I am over 40 with very very low ovary reserved. The consultant I saw recommended me 400 mg of Q10 and 75 mg of DHEA as supplements at least 3 months before trying ivf.

At the end i changed clinics because i didnt like the way i was treated. but I think is something you could ask.
