6dp5dt - period pains and nausea. Is this normal???

This 2ww is a true test of my mettle. 😫. I woke up this morning feeling like I drank a bottle of wine last night (I didn’t - obviously!) and with pains similar to when my period is due. Did anyone feel like this and have a BFP? I feel like maybe I should prepare myself for bad news. Or maybe I’m just used to bad news. I feel like proper nutter right now.

I can totally sympathise! I am 5dp3dt (fresh) and I had slight cramping and period like pains start on Wednesday evening and all day yesterday but I’ve woken up today and they have gone! So like you I have decided to prepare myself for bad news 😞 this is such a mental challenge, the waiting is by far the hardest part.

Hopefully both of us get good news. I’ll be thinking of you xxx

I'm 7dp3dt first transfer and over this week I've had a slight cramp/twinge, headache, sore breasts heightened sense of smell that doesn't last long, increased lower back pain I would normally have these short lived symptoms around my period too, the tww is crazy was thinking should I test again on Saturday 😂 I'm with you on this one and hope all works well for us both 🤞🏻🍀just do what your body is telling you to do 💞x

i had such bad cramps throughout my 2WW that i always expect to see blood when i wipe, i lost hope..but i am 6 weeks preggo and still no signs of spotting or bleeding..i am still getting cramps. Fingers crossed for you😘. Goodluck

I am usually an over active person but my energies have taken a dive! i have cramps and occasionally get nauseous, Some days i ask myself how i would get through this because it’s a new kind of feeling for me. Waiting for the viability scan is worse than the 2ww for me. Never still relaxed thinking something would go wrong. I’m a mess! I pray you get your BFP and enjoy all these things i’m complaining about.😘

Hi during my tww I had sore breasts, cramps, twinges, period type pain, lower back pain and I am now 8wks and 2 days, it's so hard to know what's what, hang on in there and try not to test early as the drugs in your system can give you a false positive, that's why they really do like you to wait until your proper test day so it is more accurate X x

Thanks! I didn’t have a fresh transfer so I don’t have any HCG from a trigger shot in my system. I’m just waiting now and hoping it all goes according to plan. Congrats on 8 weeks!
