Just a quick one to see if anyone has any advice as I'm not sure what to think. This is my third FET and I haven't really had any symptoms and now I've got a dull ache which feels similar to AF 😭. My back aches and I feel really tired.
I'm on a high dose of progesterone so I was wondering if it could be that or whether this is just wishful thinking?!
I've felt OK this cycle and tried to keep positive, I've decided not to test early and just remember that there's nothing I can do to control it but now I'm wondering if it's all over! Has anyone experienced something similar and still had a BFP?

I am in my 2ww and it is my very first IVF cycle, so no advice to give I am afraid. I wanted to wish you all the best however! I have taken the same approach as you, just keep thinking positive, it is out of your hands 🥰 I am crossing fingers for you - there is always hope! Symptoms seems to be all the same for potential positives, potential negatives and the medication we take - so will not know until test day I suppose 🤞🤞🥰
Thank you for your reply. I know it's so hard not to symptom spot isn't it, drives you crazy 😜.I've decided that if it doesn't work this time I'm taking a week off to enjoy Christmas films and eat chocolate!
Good luck for you, I really hope we both get some good news xxx
Indeed! I think it took me 6 days to realise it was pointless to worry, as I can’t find out until test day 🙈😉 although I want to know straight away, so hard to wait 😂 but I have found peace with it I think - got to give my body time! And it is natural to try protect yourself, but I am trying to make myself stay positive and hopeful ☺️ That sounds like a nice week - maybe even if you get your great news - just to look after yourself 🤞Baby dust to you!
Yes! I had cramps thinking my AF was on its way, but I’m now 5 weeks pregnant hunny, so dw it could be a good thing, best of luck every thing crossed for you ❤️❤️❤️
I also had cramps on the days after my transfer, feeling like AF was coming and I was so sure it was and now I am 6 weeks pregnant. I was told by my doctor it is a normal symptom and could be due to the progesterone. Good luck! xx
I had cramps following my FET and now over due and just waiting for baby to arrive. I was also on high dose of progesterone so may have contributed to symptoms. It is impossible to know but definitely not a bad sign. My best friend also had her baby from IVF and said she experienced period type cramps in 2ww. I think it is common in early pregnancy. Good luck for OTD 😊
I also had period like cramps and lower back cramps (I was so sure I was going to get my period) - and sore breasts. These were my only symptoms until I tested in week 4. 7 weeks pregnant now although with a clomid baby not ivf.
I had cramps during my 2WW and got BFP on 10dp5dt. Sadly it ended up in miscarriage. Keep your hopes high. Cramps doesnt mean BFN. Wishing you best of luck. Prayers xx.
Hi hun I’m on 2ww too and is my 5th cycle in row. I feel ok ..first few days I wanna eat and eat now is lees I drink water more then before but I was waking up few times in night time to go to loo . My boobs r sore but I think this is to do with higher dosage of progesterone(400 pessarie and lubion).
I don’t feel any symptoms part from on and off like period pain. My back is hurting sometimes if I stand up for to long.
Im 7dpt5t and my OTD is next week 16th (day before my hubby birthday)
I’m scared so much to do the test ...I don’t know if I can face it again 😔
When I had my baby girl over 3years ago (ivf sec cycle) I didn’t had much symptoms part from like period pain and light spotting and light pinkish on day 6. I couldn’t smell perfume .
I cannot say is that good thing not having symptoms and I cannot say is bad which lots of ladies here didn’t had symptoms and had BFP. When is your OTD?xx
Oh I know the feeling about being too scared to test! This is my third FET and I've never had a positive test so I get so nervous. I feel really tired this time as I'm on extra progesterone and I feel wiped out!
My OTD is 18th December but I think I'll test a few days before so I can mentally prepare myself before Christmas.
Good luck, I really hope it's good news for us both xxx
