Tips after transfer

Hi everyone, hope you’re all well! I’ve got my FET tomorrow morning and just wondering what tips people have for the 2ww?

Even simple things that may not help physically but even mentally. I’m going to make my favourite dinner tomorrow evening and have cleaned the house from top to bottom today - this helps me.

Look forward to hearing what helps you 🙂

Hey hun, for me I rested, ate well, took a few walks and meditated as much as I could. Calming pianos was for me. I didn’t have a very good good grades embryo but he or she implanted nicely and is all snug for now. Lots of luck and baby dust to you. Xx

Keep your feet warm! According to Chinese medicine keeping your feet warm encourages blood flow to the uterus. Also eating pineapple core. Don’t know if it’s true or not but I always do this. But otherwise take it easy and try to find good distractions! Xxx

I was working, so this was a great distraction for me to keep my mind off the wait as much as possible, While I was at home I kept busy, I downloaded an audio book which I've never done before, I find when I'm pottering around all I think about is the TWW but listening to this audiobook just took my mind somewhere else completely, I also have this pregnancy yoga app which I found really relaxing for my body and mind, I suppose my advice would be stay busy and find something you really enjoy to keep your mind interested, best of luck to you x x
