Did anyone experience Bleeding with Progynova?

Hi

My last period was on 17th December and On 24th December I started taking 2 x 2mg progynova every 12 hours. Over the last two days I started spotting and this morning I am experienced heavy bleeding, fresh red blood like menstrual bleeding. Has anyone experienced this?

I am worried as I have a procedure to remove a polyp on 5th jan and I am really worried. I spoke to my fertility clinic and they have told me to increase my dose to take 3 x 2mg every 8 hours?

Is this normal?
