When to expect AF after failed transfer?

When should I expect my period after a failed FET? Im currently day 17 (or 12dp 5dt) and no sign of period yet. I just want it to hurry up so I can move on from this cycle and look forward! TIA xx

Sorry to hear about your FET. Would depend on when you stopped your meds. I was on excessive amounts of progesterone and I stopped meds on 12dp5dt when I got my bfn and I got my period 3 days later. I know how you feel, I just want to soldier on and put it behind me xx

Thank you. I was advised to continue taking my meds until AF arrived 🤷‍♀️ but it must be a contributing factor. Have been advised to test again tomorrow if still nothing by then. But yes definitely just want to put it behind me now! Hope you're doing ok xx

I was about to type it would be a good idea to test again then i saw your reply. i read somewhere on another ivf community where someone had a bfn 14dp and had bfp 18dp while waiting for periods..i really do hope it’s the case for you🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

Hay, I was 19 days late but I also asked on IG and some ladies skipped there period entirely that month. Unfortunately I think everyone is different x

Thank you! Guess our bodies will just do what they want. My clinic told me it would be either the day of testing or a couple of days after...I will await to hear back from them tomorrow! Xx

So sorry to hear about your failed transfer. I’m in the same position. Test day was yesterday and was negative, 17 days post transfer. Still no sign of my period. Just want it to come so I can start to look forward! We have to wait for two normal cycles before we can book in for another round. Feels like forever! Thinking of you Xx

Oh I'm so sorry to read this 😔 it's tough isn't it? My clinic have been very vague and not sure how long I will have to wait now. Exactly! Just want it to come so you know that cycle is over, process it and move on. Sendiny you big hugs 🤗 xx

Mine didn't come until 7 days after stopping the meds 1st try, 6 days 2nd try. See you been asked to stay on them though, for me it that was 21 days and 20 days after transfers! But I was on injectable progesterone, so really think that had something to do with it!

Hi, I stopped my pessary on boxing day, my test was the 27th and a BFN 😢 my period has come this afternoon, so 3 days after stopping progesterone.

I called my clinic to tell them the result of my test, and they were quite keen to start the FET next month, which I thought was quick. Following up with them on the 13th January.

Mine came 4 days after I stopped the gems. It’s so hard the whole thing . Have some wine and gin 😘🙏🏻💐💐💐

Ild say take your meds till it’s finished.Iv known someone who tested negative every 3 days till Day 15 a BFP.
