Hello again I am currently on day two of what I think is my period although I've been spotting on and off since the 7th? What day do I count as cd1?? Really want to try and catch ovulation tia xx

I usually say day 1 is the first day of ‘full flow’ period... I use clearblue ovulation tracker too! Or you could always do your temperature to track xx

I'm on day 2 and not really had a full flow yet just on and off.. confusing xx
