Am 9 weeks 3 days, Any time I had cramp in the past it lasted like a day or 2 at most, I have had some sort of cramp for like a week now, almost feels stingy... no bleeding or spotting.. but also alot of my symptoms have calmed down, is this normal or should I worry

It is all perfectly normal, try not to panic.

It could be your ligaments stretching? Do you have your midwife yet?could you ask them? It does sound quite normal but if you’re worried about anything you should get it checked for your own peace of mind 🤗 I went for a private scan at 10 weeks as I was similar to you worried about pains etc and it helped me loads if that’s an option for you? (Cost me £55) Xx

Not yet got my first phone call in a couple of days with the midwife and got a private scan couple weeks, I haven’t had any bleeding or anything so am assuming it’s normal.. just everyone says it feeling like period cramps I wouldn’t say it felt like that
