Is there anything we can do between 1st beta to 2nd beta?

Hello ladies, have just gone for my beta and got 6.4 ( "passing" rate is 6.1)- this is at 10dp5dt.

Am asked to continue the same meds and do another beta on Monday- 13dp5dt.

Is there anything we can do to "improve things"?
