Is the bleed after failed FET a period or the one the month after?!

Hello, is the bleed after a failed FET considered a period? I had a bleed for 6 days which was 2 days after the failed pregnancy test? I am confused 🤔

My bleed after my fresh transfer was classed as a period so the next bleed I had I could start preparing for my first FET. I miscarried my first FET 2 weeks ago so have had a bleed from that now as stopped meds so I presume my next bleed I can try again for another FET.... hope that helps?! X

Thank you for your reply and for the help. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I wish you all the best for next time around. I have to wait until January for my next one as the clinic said that I would need to wait for a period but I bled for 6 days which was 2 days after my negative test. It just confused me so thank you for your clear answer 🙂

The bleed I had two days after my BFN on my OTD was classed as a period by my clinic so I was able to do FET that cycle (I’m currently in my 2ww)

I have to wait until January now as they said the bleed I had straight after was not a period but just the reaction from not taking the medication anymore. I was just a little perplexed. Thank you for your help 🙂

Interesting how different clinics have different opinions on this! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was grateful to be able to try again as soon as possible but who knows how it’s going to turn out and whether a break would have been better ...

I am sure it will turn out just fine. I guess it all depends on our individual bodies. I was just told that I was recommended a rest ☹️ good luck to us all 🤞🏽
