Homocysteine may be causing unexplained infertility

High homocysteine may contribute to unexplained infertility. Food like beetroot, B12 and folate sources may reduce this amino acid that is known to affect general health and fertility

Found this recently. Avoiding intake of too much animal protein is also beneficial. Some people may genetically not be able to get rid of excess homocysteine and this may wreck havoc in the body.
