First Acupuncture appointment day before FET?

I found out my FET is scheduled for next week on the 20th November

I know it's last minute but I would like to book and appointment for acupuncture the day before my FET. what did you ladies do? It doesn't hurt to try right.

should I book another session after FET too? help! I'm clueless

Hi, your acupuncturist should be able to advise the best day for you. Mine has said to come the morning of transfer so it depends on what yours says. Not sure about after FET, I haven’t got to that stage of the conversation yet lol. Defo worth speaking with yours to see what they advise you to do! Good luck for next week xxx

Hiya on the day of my FET I had a session in the morning and another in the evening. I had sessions a month before to help with my lining in preparation for FET. After my FET I had a few sessions just for relaxation. My acupuncturist specialises in fertility and IVF patients so was very experienced and really helped me.

Thank you! Yeah I just wanted to try acupuncture just to help me relax. I don't know the time of my transfer yet but maybe I'll be able to book one after it xx

How do you find an acupuncturist???

Now I'm thinking I should book a session too as have FET on 19th.

Lots of ladies seem to be benefiting from it.

I just googled one near me most of them that I called seemed to know about IVF ect so that's reassuring. hope you found one? xx

Aww good luck with your acupuncture lovely. I found it very relaxing and the sessions before and after transfer made feel like I'd really connected with my embroys. Xx
