Just want to see if anyone is using guys hospital for private treatment at all?

Urrrm. If I’m honest i find them hard work at times. Even with private care and having my own consultant trying to get any response/communication to emails or calls i always have to chase.

I’ve only had one cycle with them and going into a natural FET hopefully end of this month.

How have you do you find them?

When I didn’t have personalised care I found them all over the place a bit like you quite unorganised but I’ve gone for personalised care so got my own consultant and her mobile number so things are much better now xx

I do have personalised care also but still find them very all over the place at times especially my Dr PA and nurse.

We could potentially have the same Dr i have Dr Jan Grace xxx

I’ve found them really good. I agree with previous posts about being a bit unorganised. Whenever I call I am always told lines are busy (bar one time) but I’ve always had replies to e mails. I don’t have the personalised care but I’m under Dr White and she’s been brilliant and has always responded to my e mails or telephone calls without the need to chase. They are also reasonably priced compared to other private clinics xx

Hi Anna, I used Guys for private treatment and am using them now for NHS. I think they are good, but have never used any other clinic. The personalised care package was so re-assuring and my experience is a little different this time around. Happy to answer any questions you have by PM. X
