Is day of embryo transfer classed as day one?

I have had a 5dt with 2 frozen embryo on Monday 26th Oct @ 5pm. Does Monday count as day 1 or is it Tuesday day 1. Im confused 🤪. Thanks ladies in advance xx

I counted the day of transfer as d1. I don’t know if different clinics do it differently.

Day on is the day after transfer so Tuesday is 1 day post 5 day transfer.xx

Day after transfer is counted as day 1 with any clinic. Best of luck! Xxx
