Arrgg! Lining check on day 10 was 7mm. Doctor said it's not good enough for frozen ET. Wants to see me again in 2 days time. Added patches and increased estradiol pill dosage. How likely is lining to thicken in just 2days? Any experience will really help. Thanksx

Endometrial lining too thin.
Drink some raspberry leaf tea and do plenty walking that’s what I done 😊
Hi Delijelly!
My first round it just got to 8mm, my second it was 7.6m and I’ve just had a positive result.
The minimum is 7 at my clinic and they say the triple lining is more important.
I panicked between scans hoping it would thicken more each time and mine went up a whole mm in 3 days on the first round after they upped me to 4 progynova so if they’ve increased your drugs have some faith! I have my fingers crossed for you!
First time I did nothing in particular, this time I tried to drink raspberry leaf tea and pineapple and it is thinner than the time before. I have read some lovely ladies on here say they drink raspberry leaf tea 2-3 times a day which I didn’t so perhaps I wasn’t committed enough to it!
🤞🏼🤞🏼
Heard that garlic helps lining
I agree with what Sakura has said the quality of your lining is as important as the thickness. Did they mention your triple layer? I’ve had 3 FETs cancelled due to my lining and the last cycle got it to 7.4mm before transfer and got a BFP, my clinic will transfer between 7&8mm.
Drink plenty of raspberry leaf tea and beetroot juice, gentle exercise, vitamin e, l’argini (sp?). Some people use caster oil packs but personally I don’t that close to transfer. Wishing you lots of luck xx
Hello, Hidden. Did the extra days work? I hope your lining thickened 🤞. On my current natural cycle, my lining was 6mm on day 9, 6.9mm on day 10 and 8.5mm by ovulation. They said it was okay. I am worried it is not good enough / thick enough.
