Hi everyone ,I'm new here me and my partner start Ivf treatment near December, and we would be most grateful for any tips or advice what to eat and drink ,Thank you.

A varied diet of things you enjoy. My doctor said ivf is stressful enough without adding restrictions etc in your diet. I generally eat petty well and continued to do this, but I also had the odd take away etc. When i started the medication I did stop alcohol and after Embryo transfer had pineapple as that is supposed to help but other than that just ate normally. Hiya, I was really strict with diet and exercise. Wholewheat carbs only, lots of fruit and veg, zero sugary snacks and drinks, tons of water. And no alcohol, cigarettes etc. I also worked out for a min. 3x 30mins per week. And vitamins. I know this won’t work for everyone, but I wanted to be sure that there wouldn’t be any ‘what if’s’ if IVF didn’t work x

Hello I’m hoping you can help me, I have been referred to start the Ivf process I have had my telephone consultations and also had my vaginal ultrasound last week I was told my follow up appointment would be December 10th to discuss my options is this the same process you went through? Thank you x

Thank you Edinburgh12 and Graceface :) x we have been eating really healthy now and drinking loads of water ,and home made smoothies with spinach

Hi there. Exciting times. Well try to cut out coffee, caffeine, alcohol and fried food and all refined carbs. Eat allot of greens take antioxidants , Ubiquinol. And dont use plastics apparently it all affects eggs quality. I wish u best of luck and if u need any more advice feel free to reach out
