Lining finally got to 8mm. Transfer booked for next week. Advice on caster oil and raspberry leaf tea

Hi Ladies.. I went for my scan this morning and I my lining was 8mm this time (woohoo so happy as it has taken us so long to get this far) so we are good to go with our 2nd FET next Friday! (6 day blastocyst 4bb).

I was wondering though when should I stop taking raspberry leaf tablets and drinking the tea? Also when should I stop the castor oil packs as I have been doing those every evening?

Also any advice on things I should be doing on the run up to transfer day next week. Any help would be appreciated 😁 xxx

I would either on Tuesday or Monday evening just to be overly cautious.

Hi hope1234.. can I ask how you got your lining to 8mm. My transfer has been postponed to next week because my womb lining is only at 5mm 😬 it won’t soon to thicken. Good luck 🤞xx

My previous cycle my lining was only around 6mm... They gave me an extra few days. In that time I drank 3 cups of raspberry leaf tea daily and caster oil packs everyday (within a few days my lining went to 7.9mm) although that cycle got cancelled because I missed my implantation window.

I really believe caster oil and raspberry leaf tea has helped get my lining get thicker. It's always been around 5/6mm until I've started doing the above

(I've also been taking raspberry leaf supplements- and Viagra 50mg daily)

I have my transfer now booked in for this Friday in so nervous.

Honestly try the above its really helped me and wish I tried it sooner as I've had so many cancelled cycles due to thin lining xxx
