I am on trial since May 2022 with an injection of merional 450 from D2. Unfortunately after 9 days we had to stop because I was not responding to the treatment (only 1 follicle of 11mm). I'm starting the 2nd trial with meriofert 450 at D2.

Hi everyone , I am having issues mixing Merional ( Same as Gonal F) 150IU x 2 .

I’m now looking to go to a clinic in northern Cyprus and I’ve sent my medical records to them, they have look over my records and said they would put me on 375iu of a different drug called Merional.

My doc put me on citrotide the first 3 days and now started pergo with Merional for 4 days. Iv been following the advice from It starts with the egg so hoping to see changeS in egg quality this time . Going for a scan on Monday. Feeling hopeful 🐣

Previously primed with Merional pill for 2 weeks and 450 menopur which was a disaster. Follicles didn't grow and only had 1 follicle max 2. Now I decided I wanna ditch the priming and 4 follicles showed at day 3.

DR said lets try merional 150 and we saw that there is a small changes and we carry on more with 150 + 75 then we saw that follicles enlarged to 13mm then we start Cetrotide and when we have follicles 19mm they give me time for Ovitrelle. I did all injections on time.

the nurse said she was happy with the lining thickness and has now increased the Merional in readiness for another scan on Friday. I guess i just wanted to know if these are normal sizes for a day 6 injection scan.

please help me I've bought merional and kept it in freezer for about 28 hrs and it was wrote on the package that it should be stored at room tempreture so r they unsuitable for use?

With my previous clinic i was on 8 powders of Merional to 1 and a half waters and they got 7 eggs (low responder). This clinic i will be on 3 powders of Merional with 2 waters. I'm worried i will have less eggs or even zero eggs as the protocol isn't as high as the previous clinic.

Next cycle, increased drugs from 175 merional to 225. They also put me on fragmin. Had a fresh 5 day transfer, then a frozen. Most recent cycle we got five blasts. One fresh transfer, and two embryos put back for the frozen transfer.

I have been impressed so far as our numbers aren’t any worse than when we were in 375 menopur or 390 merional. 🤞🤞🤞

I've just started taking Merional today, not quite how I planned my weekend. Does anyone have any tips on taking it? So far I've been pretty bad at it.

Hello peeps Does Rekovelle have any side effects - I am on 12mcg a day for six days before moving onto merional which I have used before??

So I started merional injections on Thursday. I take 300iu. Is that a low dose ? Just wondered how much other people take ... also I do injections myself and it feels absolutely fine, no pain, no side effects, yet, nothing really. Am I doing it right?!?

My IVF dr added Merional drug to my protocol I didn't had issues last cycle I had good numbers When I asked him he told me to increase my egg stimulation Am not sure why ivf dr need to increase the stimulation when the previous cycle went smoothly So what this drug actually do ?? Any info

We did a 3 day transfer of a perfect 8 cell embryo but sadly bfn 😥 I'm in Day 3 of merional today and I'm booked for a scan next Wednesday! I'll be happy if we get the same number of eggs again as I'm 43 and don't expect to get lots of eggs at my age.
