How to deal with the tww

My embryo was a day 5 one, soon as it’s went in av been nervous. I have never been pregnant before so I’m not sure how to deal with this, just really want to be pregnant 😩

Hi Lauren, everyone here knows exactly how that feels! In my 2WW I took things one day at a time. Try to keep busy, luckily work always kept me busy so days were okay. Evenings were hard. You will be symptom spotting like crazy but that is unavoidable! Best of luck x

hi lauren im also in my 2ww and have also never been pregnant before. i just turned 41 and had my IUI last friday. the cyclogest is the worse part of the whole process so far. i am really badly constipated but i guess that can't be helped. i try and go for long walks with my dog. being in nature helps along with meditation. have faith and all will be ok. xxx

It doesn’t get easier and I get more nervous as it gets closer to test date 😬 I’m on my second transfer and keep referring back to the last time that failed. Its absolute torture! Good luck! Xx

Hi Laurens. Just wanted to wish you well with your 2WW and hope you are successful. Try a few gentle walks and have a rest when you can. Keeping busy is the key, so maybe set yourself a few light things to do around the house. Thinking of you. Diane
