Hey ladies, here’s a little background on my journey, I have had 3 rounds of ivf treatment 3 years ago all unsuccessful and twice I ended up in hospital for a few weeks with severe ovarian hyper stimulation 1st round I nearly died with it, so we have had the 3 years to give my body the rest etc, we are going for round 4 in feb, so in 9months time, just looking for tips, supplements, success stories anything to help me along my journey again, just want to see if there was anything I missed the last time xx

Hi, I am sorry to know your story and would like to wish you all the best. I would recommend considering acupuncture or ovarian rejuvenation if ovarian reserve is the issue. xx

Thank you lovely, will def be trying acupuncture for sure, was also thinking of trying a thing called the scratch, anything is worth a shot if it hopefully helps, what is ovarian rejuvenation? Xx

Hey lovely

Ovarian rejuvenation is usually used when you have a lack of follicles. It sounds like you don't. Perhaps, given your history, they will do a more gentle approach to your stimulation this time to avoid ohss. Do whatever relaxes you in the next months. You have time to ensure you, and therefore your eggs, are fit and healthy. Do exercise, eat a healthy and balanced diet, avoid chemicals incl in your shampoos and soaps. Read the book "it starts with an egg". Oh, and your other half doesn't get away with it either. You want that sperm in tip top condition. He too must do regular exercise, all the above. It's also healthy to keep the sperm fresh and strong by regular, ahem, "release" in some way or another. In other words, for the sperm, and also for your relationship, try to keep as active and normal as possible. Try not to get mechanical. Use this time to get closer to each other.

Above all else, relax. Stress is the single most cause of failure. Do whatever you can to de stress and focus on being as relaxed as possible.

Good luck lovely xxx

I don’t have follicles at all 😔 the next 9 months I’m taking this so serious, going to look after my self proper, already been going to the gym past 4 months, eat better, except the weekends lol, I’m in the middle of reading that book 😊 my partner has been doing so well I’m so proud of him, he’s lost 4 stone since starting the gym and takes all his vitamins 😊 just so excited to get started again, thank you for taking the time to reply to me it means a lot xxxxx

Wishing you all the very best. Also, have you heard of dhea and there's another thing, think it's called prp, which is basically regeneration. Haven't done that myself and I think it's quite new, but worth thinking about in 6 months if you dont get the results you are looking for.

All the best, and try to keep your stress low! Xx

Maybe look at human growth hormone to improve egg quality. Get them pgs tested so they're chromosomally normal which will hopefully save time and grief. Good luck

Wow I’m sorry you had to go through that! You definitely need to give your body rest. Our 1st round of Ivf failed and I waited eight months to try again. Our second round I really watched everything I ate. Also took off 2weeks from work after transfer to rest and relax. I ate pineapple with the core, pomegranate juice, Brazilian nuts, warm soup (Chicken noodle my favorite)with added bone broth. Just focused on foods that were good for uterus and implantation just took prenatals every day as well.

Sending you Best wishes and lots of baby dust!!!
