It may be implantation cramps, also your poor body has been pulled around a bit in the last week or so. Did you have. A fresh cycle? I found egg collection always made me feel cramps/soreness early whereas with the frozen cycle i wasn't as sensitive or tender so didn't feel anything til later xx

Good luck! Xx

it's very hard but try not to read too much into every twinge and pain. Everyone reacts differently but given what your body has been through, I'm no expert but surely this is normal. Everyone says to drink plenty of water and paracetamol is safe to take. Good luck!xx

Take it easy, the first week I'd really not lift a finger, no heavy lifting and este loads of pineapple nuts and make sure to take your folic acid. Don't over think it, let things happen, we all know how this time can drag. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🤗🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🦄 good luck!

Hi eblam. If you had a fresh cycle, then it could be that your ovaries are still a bit active from stimulation. Remember too that there is a lot of pulling about during egg collection and ET even if it was a FET, so can take a few days to settle down. Make sure you drink plenty of water and rest when you can. It's OK to take paracetamol or whatever you have been prescribed for pain relief, but no anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Good luck and hope all is soon OK again. Diane

Hi Diane

On day 2 and 3 post day 5 ET, I had off and on cramping - it very much felt like period pains and came and went in waves... I had no cramping on day 4 or today (day 5). I've had no spotting or bleeding. It felt different to the ovary crampy pain I had for a few hours only after ET. I was so worried as it felt like my period was on its way but now I feel nothing - so I'm hoping it was implantation cramping and that it is normal for the cramping to then subside altogether?! I'm kind of just typing out loud to you! Also, my OTD is Nov 7th which is 13 days post ET. This seems like a long wait compared to others who seem able to test from 9 days onwards following a 5dt. Do you think I could test a couple of days earlier? I'm sure you'll advise me to follow my clinic's advised OTD but are you aware of when a pregnancy should be able to be accurately detected following a 5dt? Sorry for the long message - I'm in the 2ww heightened state of what I'll professionally call 'arrrggghhh!' Thank you so much for any words of wisdom Diane! X

Hi Scarlett13. Does you good to have a bit of a ramble!!! The weird pains etc you have been experiencing are just probably down to your womb and vagina settling back down after all the pulling and tugging about it has gone through recently. The supporting ligaments tend to get jolted too, so all sounds pretty normal to me. With regards to 5 day transfer and testing, the earliest would be 10 days post transfer. However, if your clinic has said 13 days, then they will expect you to contact them on that day. Hope all goes well for you. Thinking of you. Diane

This will HOPEFULLY be implantation cramping - I got period like cramps on day 2 and 3 following a 5 day transfer which would be the same day as you are on now following a 3 day transfer. Fingers crossed for us both! I've messaged Diane below - sorry for doing it on your thread but thought my ramblings will be applying to you right now too! X good luck xxxxxx
