Advice on starting my FET cycle 🤞🏻

Hi ladies, wondering if I could have some advice on when to start my Progynova tablets. I’ve come on my period this morning but it’s always a slow start, should I start taking the tablets now or wait til I’m in full flow? I’m sure my nurse said the day I’m full flow, that could happen any time during the day or tonight. Any advice would be much appreciated as the clinic is closed now. Xx

Does you clinic not send out a print out of when to start the meds mine always did ?

Yes it says first day of period but as my post says my period starts very slowly 😐

I would wait till first day of full flow period to start it then if it’s still light at the moment.

Ok yes I thought so, just wanted some reassurance I think I’ll be taking them by tonight 🤞🏻Here goes the FET cycle 🙌🏻

My period is very similar so I always determine day of full flow by colour of blood. When It turns red I count that as my first flow day. Hope that helps 🙂 xx
