I’m 8dp5dt today and since yesterday but tummy is so itchy I’m not sure if it’s the Lubion or Clexane but it’s almost becoming unbearable now! It doesnt look bad in the photo but I’ve uploaded one to show redness. I don’t think it’s infected? I’ve taken both medications before & never have had this. My clinic said to use camomile lotion but it’s not making any difference. Il call them again in the morning but does anyone know if this is common? Thank you!

For me, it was Lubion. It happened with both my pregnancies, I’d get a hive at the injection site for about 12 hours. Not pleasant but I did find it was off and on not every time. Hope yours gets better too!

thank you. I’m taking one in the morning and one in the evening so by the time the morning has worn off it’s time for my evening one 🙈 did you use anything for it?

I was told I could take an antihistamine but I don’t normally take them so I didn’t, even though I’ve been told by the doctors that it is safe. I also was taking 2 a day. It was a nuisance, but worth it in the end!

it happened to me on my last cycle but not the cycle before I think it was the lubion but I was taking both injections at the same time so I’m not sure which one. It did ease of a little bit as it was a fresh transfer that time I was only on them until test day I’m not really sure there’s much you can do! I found doing the injection not where the line of my jeans would be helped a bit (if my clothes rubbed it made it itchier) and I put some of my wee ones aveeno cream on that also helped a bit (an oatmeal cream for his excema from the supermarket). Hope not eases soon for you! Xx

thank you for your reply! Seems it’s really common. My last two transfers I had absolutely no problem with Lubion just this time around! You know thinking about it I had gym trousers pulled up yesterday and I’m wondering if they have agitated it will try something more loose today! Thank you xx

hello

I found Lubion very itchy and painful too in the tummy and my clinic said I could inject in my thighs (at the top in the fat) and this would be fine. It made the process much easier maybe check with them if that’s ok for you too? I would also ice the area before injecting it which helped too.

Good luck with the transfer xx
