stopped progynova and utrogestan 4 days ago and no AF

just a wanted some advice from everyone that has been in a similar situation

currently waiting for AF so I can start progynova in prepare for DE in October..... stoped progynova and utrogestan on Wednesday and still no AF getting abot worried as cycle might get delayed/ cancelled..... and ideas .... tips on what I should do to get Af to come in time so I can start my medication tomorrow.

Please don’t give up hope- I caved as well and took 4 home tests (cost me a fortune) all negative: had a volcano erupting in my uterus and thought it was game over - I went for BETA and waited for call having assigned myself for the worst. Having had light pink spotting cramping and what felt like a volcano erupting inside me the nurse rang to say they had detected positive. It’s never over until they say... keep strong

im just getting stressed because ttc for 10 years and this is my 1st ivf and having done the mock cycle and everything going well .... im stuck now
