Hi all even with the OHSS they have done my transfer! The ttw commences 🙈 it’s all starting to seem a little more realistic now just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me with previous questions and thank you too anyone who can help me with hopefully my final questions 😂 other than the no heat and heavy lifting what should i not be doing? And what did you do too keep your minds off the TTW thank you all in advance 🤞🏻❤️

Yippppeeeeee! I am so chuffed for you! Welcome to the madness!

I was told not to over exert myself so just gentle walking, no swimming until 12 weeks, no cycling or horse riding. I was told i could have baths and have sex but I am trying to avoid both at the moment! Eat like you are pregnant so no raw fish or salmonella risky foods

Oh gosh I didn’t even think about swimming 😩 I’m avoiding both atm too mostly because of the OHSS they’ve scared me too much at the hospital 😂 thank you ❤️

Don’t be using google 🤣🤣🤣🤣 try and keep your brain busy reading books, mindfulness colouring, word searches, drawing, meeting friends for de caf coffee ,Fresh air strolls etc

Fingers crossed for you! My clinic had just said behave as if you were pregnant. I had no interest in any kind of strengthenous activity anyway due to the cyclogest, so I guess the body tells us when to stop anyway. The only thing I would add from my experience is don't google, but this is really difficult 😊 Hope you can relax a bit and have a great 2ww!

We are starting this together then 🙏🏼🙏🏼. I’m eating well, eating what I fancy, planned to see my grandparents a couple of times next week as we have a jigsaw he wants to do, walking my dogs and I’m just going take naps when I fancy them 💤. Of course Netflix too x

I’m a bit nervous about going back to work as I work with children! I’m term time only so I can’t really take time off either! That’s so lovely going to see your grandparents! Sending masses of luck your way hopefully it works for us both 🤗🤞🏻❤️❤️

I’m a teacher hun, I’ve been allowed to have the first week off but if I want the second il have go to my drs for a note x
