Laparoscopy

Can someone please advice me or say if is normal to bleed a lot from my belly button after laparoscopy? Had yesterday and all night was painful ( think this is normal) but my dressing was full of blood this morning, was coming of through , I did change, blood was fresh , and a few hours later went full back , is that normal ? Should I be worried ?

I would defo ring your doctors, I had a lap last Wednesday & I was in a lot of pain the next day but no blood like you’ve described.

Hey buddy...it wud hav been surely scary...I suggest u ring up to ur clinic...they will advice u the best...I hav done laparoscopy twice...Nd never had this situation...after the surgery it quite heals up very quickly because it's really a small incision...

I didnt had this with mine two years ago. Did they find out what it was. Poor poor you must be so scary xx

Yes I’ve had this. The wound was infected so they gave me antibiotics. I’d get it checked out ASAP if you can x

Just went to emergency, everything is fine. , just a hematoma, all blood test are fine 😊thank you all 😊
