My dear Ladies 😍 Has anyone had good experience with growth hormone injection and low amh? Any success in combination with ivf?

Hi Butterfly, I recently used it but for embryo quality not low AMH. I am still in the TWW so waiting to see if it has helped, but it did seem to improve my day 3 and 5 results. But we changed a number of other things so will never know if it was GH or not.

There has recently been a meta analysis published on GH for low responders that is worth checking out. It shows GH improves some outcomes like eggs retrieved and mature eggs but no difference in live births. fertstert.org/article/S0015...

Hi Butterfly83000, I have also just taken it for embryo quality. My quantity is also low, but my doc recommended it based on a potential quality improvement. I’m yet to start my IVF round after it so can’t attest to the results yet! A friend of mine who did her IVF at CCRM, in the USA, apparently one of the best clinics in the world, used it (Saizem) in every round of hers. She has twins today!

I took 20 days of subcutaneous injections of Saizen 0.3mg in the evenings. Purchased in the chemist. Not the most joyful experience to have injections before the IVF round of injections. But hopefully it works!
