Finally PUPO after FET transfer abroad

Just to, update after the uncertainty of the last few weeks, finally had my FET yesterday. All went to plan so hoping this is lucky number 6. Flying home from Czech Republic today, making it home before quarantine rules quick in.

Now for the 2ww crazies and wishing everyone the very best of luck xx

It was to be honest with you and I was just so relieved when I was sat on the plane on Weds and thought well at least I've got out there!! How is everything with you, I haven't heard from you for a while xx

Sorry I think I responded to myself instead of you...what am I like, my response to you is below xxx

Hello lovely, was only thinking about you the other day. How is everything with you?

Thank you for your message, I'm feeling positive about this one, feel like I'm in a better place xxx

Darn it just messaged you on another post before I saw this but will say it again - so thrilled it all went ahead and channelling loads of luck for you and crossing everything xx

in reply to

Hahaha I saw that you had responded here at the same time as the other one, it's always good to have double the luck wishes xx I'm so glad I decided to bring it forward from the end of Sept, feels like this time was meant to be xx

Wow Clairenix, you have moved heaven and earth for this transfer. I really wish you all the best. Have everythibg crossed for you xxx

in reply to

Thankyou xx I had booked in for end of Sept but the wait was killing me so brought it forward and so glad I did, I've been on furlough for the past few months which has really helped with stress levels so felt in a much better place to go for it.

Have you made any decisions? How gorgeous is your little one, very cute photo xx

in reply to

Definitely sounds like the stars aligning. Angus is ok. Usual nursery illnesses although they all seem to be at once. He had a cold, followed by croup (inflamed larynx) and roseola (rash all over body). They are both viral infections so someone must have sent a baby to nursery who was infected. It is bound to happen but with corona-fear these days it has been a little worrying.

Any decisions? Well, we have two embryos on ice so who knows. A little tricky as they are in Barcelona!

Xx

in reply to

Nurseries can be like breeding grounds can't they, I'm ill every xmas after getting together with my little nieces and nephews, hope he's starting to feel better. Hopefully restrictions in Spain will start to ease soon but travelling is like Russian Roulette isn't it! Xx

in reply to

Absolutely. But so worth it. Big hugs and loads of baby dust to you xxx

in reply to

Thank you, I will keep you posted xxx

Excellent!! So good you can nip home before quarantine. It’s so tricky now days and I can imagine the additional admin and stress it would cause. But now you can get home and chill (haha like we chill during the 2ww 😜) xx

in reply toShirazlover2013

Hi Shirazlover, how is everything with you? It's so good to be home, got back late last night and have felt shattered today so had a little snooze on the sofa xx
