I ordered on 5th June, it left overseas on 12th June and got delivered pm 25th June....just had a look back.xx

Hi, I ordered mine during lockdown and it near arrived but I had to wait 75 days for a refund to ensure it wasn’t still in transit. I ordered some from a different company in the end.

Mine took 5 weeks from Biovea, after I ordered in July. It took 3 weeks after I got my UK tracking info.

Biovea took almost 7 weeks to deliver my order - I’ll never use them again. Unacceptable timeframe and awful customer service if you try to liaise regarding the order delays.
