Fluid in POD

14 dats ago During my scan my doctor said he sees a corpus leteum but no fluid in Pouch of douglas. Has anyone had something similar? Can you ovulate and get no fluid in POD?

My period has not show up yet and im afraid i did not avtually ovulate. Waiting t to star cycle 4 and anxiety and toughts are off the roof.

Tried to contact my doctor various times but im getting no response.
