Has anyone had a SIS (saline ultrasound) performed?

This is what our doctor has now recommend after the 4th failed transfer and wondered if anyone here had the same? Is it worth doing? Thank you xx

Hi, I had the SHG which I believe is the same thing. It's basically just a pap smear, but they use the ultrasound on your stomach at the same time. Once they have the right image, they will use a catheter to put a small amount of fluid inside so they can get a good idea of how the cavity looks. It really wasn't bad for me, and they didn't find anything concerning. My clinic considers it routine and does it for every new patient. Best of luck xx
