Brownish spotting at day 12

Hi ladies ,

Does anybody has the experience of browning discharge? I have my blood test tomorrow and last night when I was wiping I noticed kind of dark brown discharge and some cramping , I am panicking, since it’s too late to be considered as implantation discharge. Do you think that the cycle has failed 😔😔😔 has any body experience of this and positive result? ,last time I had light brown discharge at almost around the same time for my FET that leaded to chemical, but didnt look like the same colour , this time I did 3 days embryo transfer , fresh cycle and has symptom of severe OHSS which got really better , i am also using progesterone capsule ( vaginal ) . So anxious, thanks for advising 🙏🏼

Hi lovely, i had this first cycle on day 12 which unfortunately was unsuccessful. But a friend of mine had the EXACT same this cycle, day 11-13 of her IVF and it turned out to be a BFP! Shes currently 9 weeks pregnant.

Just goes to show everyone is so different. Sometimes it can be the embryo burying itself further in the lining. I really hope this is the case for you! Good luck! 🤞🏼 xx

Hi sweetie, sorry for your failed cycle , ohh I know it’s hard to judge spotting during 2ww, I found this 2week hardest time in my life , thanks for your warm words, hope that we all hold our babies in our arms soon 🤲🏻🤞🏼

Hi there - exactly same situation as me! Two 3 day embryo transferred and have been spotting since Thursday and testing tomorrow! Don’t know what to think...

Hi, I called to my doctor, she said it could be your period or implantation bleeding, or just old blood in uterus, we have to wait till tomorrow,

I had brown discharge when I was about 6 weeks pregnant and was so worried. Spoke to clinic and they said it was most likely the progesterone pessaries because they can irritate the cervix. It is likely the progesterone, I think it’s really common for it to cause some brown discharge. I was convinced I was going to lose the baby but everything was fine and now 22 weeks pregnant.

Best of luck. Should have said, I had cramping before my test date too. It is such a hard journey but there are so many success story. After our first round (we didn’t even get to transfer) I thought we would never have success yet here we are. I think the positives get lost because people look for support more during the hard time and good times get lost. Have everything crossed for you xxx

Yes exactly it’s such a hard journey and 2ww I found it the hardest time in my life I had 3 negative transfer and it’s really hard to believe that it will work this time , but try to stay strong and positive, 🤞🏼Thanks :xx
