Bloated neck, belly

I am bloated everywhere neck is very bad and belly too, not sure if it’s water retention, the IVF drugs or just ma having put on weight fast.

Does anyone know how to differentiate between water retention or fat?

Yes, I am. But it’s not my first cycle, it appeared some days ago (or at least I noticed it some days ago). I don’t have discomfort except being bloated

Hi... Do you have constipation too? I think probiotics work well for bloating too. have yogurt it will help by hydrating n also get rid of stomach gases... Take short walks after every meal that helps alot...

Yes, I do since a few days. I have one probiotic yogurt per day. Does not seem to be enough unless the problem comes from weight gain
