Egg collection day on Monday!

Eeeeekkkk it's really happening! I honestly didn't expect to get this far. Six good size follicles to go at, maybe more on the day if the smaller ones get up to size. Slightly disappointed as would have hoped for more. But it only takes one as they said today. Fingers crossed for the next stage.

I’m same as Lux, I had 9 follicles , got 4 eggs , 3 fertilised, 2 day 5 blastos. One is in me and currently a positive and the other is in the freezer.

Thank you! Yes 6 all at a good size, also have alot of small ones, but they weren't instrested in those lol. Taking my last lot of meds tonight and then trigger shot at midnight!

Hello lovely! I've just got home and into bed with a hot water bottle. We got 9 eggs! I'm really happy with the result. The consultant was really surprised to get this number given my low AMH. I found the procedure really painful!!! My left ovary was hiding so they had to use forse and extra nurses to hold it in place. That goodness for gas and air!.. How did you get on??

Very good result. I feel sorry for you that you had to suffer. My first egg retrieval was the worst, I was in excruciating pain all day and all night so I do understand you perfectly.

Today all went well, I feel fine, in my bed resting now. I had 11 eggs collected (out of 19 follicles) not that much for an AMH of 35 but I know that I am not producing a tonne of eggs 🙄. Anyway I am grateful with what I have, hope that I will have quality at least.

Everything crossed for you! Let's hope we get to transfer day 🤞🤞🤞 If all goes well it will be on Friday for me. They do say quality is better than quantity.

I will have my transfer done in few months as we opted for PGS. Hope that at least you will go ahead with the transfer. Good luck 🍀🤞

Oh that's good, it will hopefully prove to have a positive outcome. We did consider this as I lost my son 18 months ago 4 hours after he was born due to several birth defects. Both myself and hubby have had genetic screening and all was clear. So fingers crossed it was just one of those things and not likely to happen again. Keep me posted on your progress

I'm still really sore but it was worth it!..

We had 6 eggs fertalised 5 have made it sofar. Booked in for transfer on Friday.
