Endometrial scratch

Hi everyone, hope you're all well. So last Friday, 24th of July, I had an endometrial scratch. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort this time round, had a little spotting on the Sunday but nothing like the first time I had one. I spotted from the day I had it until the end of my period last time, approx 2.5 weeks.

Yesterday I had a bit of bleeding, I thought my period was on its way, 5 days early, but not too uncommon for me really, but then by the afternoon absolutely nothing and nothing since. Has anyone else had this a week after a scratch? TIA xx
