I’m on day 3 of my 1st cycle, feeling great so far 😁
Just wondering...I have one cup of coffee a day at the moment. I don’t really want to remove all things fun for the next 6 weeks as I think that will make this all feel a bit too intense but similarly don’t want to regret it if it doesn’t work! I’m just wondering if others had small amount of caffeine or just cut it completely?
